Velo Souplesse designs personal training plans for all of our athletes regardless of their discipline within cycling or level of experience. There are various tiers we offer based on each athlete’s level of commitment but there is a program designed for every Velo Souplesse athlete.
Coaching programs are sorted into categories based on amount of personal feedback and supervision desired by the athlete. Levels range from day-to-day monitoring to annual training templates.
Most coaching packages include workout sessions at the facility but we also offer individual programs separate from indoor training in the case of remote athletes.
Customized Weekly Training Plan
The Elite Plus Program is designed for the athlete interested in structured daily workouts, constant contact and feedback, detailed monitoring of performance, and an updatable schedule aimed at accomplishing goals.

- $250 per month ($325 w/1 indoor training session per week or $375 w/2 per week)

Customized Monthly Training Plan
Monthly Coaching is offered to those who are interested in structured training but desire a broad schedule that is updated every four weeks with suggested weekly outlines. Perfect for the individual who seeks direction but does not require constant daily contact to stay on track.

- $125 per month ($200 w/1 indoor training session per week or $250 w/2 per week)

Workout sessions with seasonal training outlines
Velo Souplesse offers to its athletes seasonal training outlines to help complement the indoor workouts performed at the facility on a weekly basis. Our coaches place each athlete on one of three tiers of suggested training templates that make sure everyone is doing the proper training both within and without of our facility. You will have the opportunity for individual feedback when attending training sessions each week.
- Level 1, 2, and 3 semi-custom plans depending on season goals
- $50 per month ($125 w/1 indoor training session per week or $200 w/2 per week)

One time consultation
The Annual Program is a way for an athlete to gain all the information necessary to start a training program properly. A one-time assessment will set you up on your bicycle the right way, will provide important physiological information to get you started, and will give you a baseline evaluation on how to attack the season.

- Post test meeting with coach which includes:
- Feedback on form, strengths, and weaknesses
- Goal assessment for the year
- Seasonal outline with suggested workout

How To Begin
- Assess your level of commitment.
- How much do I want to train or race?
- How much time can I devote to training?
- How much feedback do I need from a coach (weekly, monthly, yearly)?
- Establish goals.
- Come up with three goals for the year.
- Create at least two long term goals that extend beyond current year.
- Consult with a Velo Souplesse coach to decide upon the plan you need.
- Meet with your coach in person to discuss your individual goals and aspirations.
- Choose package type and set date for initial field test.
- Start training.
- Complete initial VS Field Test and/or LT test under your new coach’s supervision to learn your training zones and current level of fitness.
- Receive workout schedules to begin training.
